Where both a token and a webhook notification have been requested for a card transaction, merchants might expect to see the token included in the webhook notification message. 

 

Please note that tokens are not included in webhook notification responses for security reasons. Tokens are only transmitted in API responses.


Merchants should use the getTransactionDetails request to retrieve the token for an existing transaction from APEXX.
