APEXX office hours are 9.00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, excluding public UK holidays. 


We offer 365x24x7 support cover. Our team of agents and on-call engineers are available to assist around the clock, seven days a week. 


Priority level 1 and 2 support tickets will be progressed on a 24/7 basis. Tickets for priority levels 3,4 or 5 will be resolved during normal office hours.
